Introduction

High Efficiency Particulate Air – HEPA Minipleat filters are minipleat media in panel shaped construction with increased media area that results in substantially lower pressure drop. These are designed to replace traditional aluminium Separator filters for longer lifespan and lower energy costs. They are used as HEPA or final filters in air filtration systems and air handling units with turbulent flow to protect the final terminal modules clean room filters. They are used to collect most penetrating particles sizes. They are used extensively in industries such as pharmaceutical production, electronics, hospitals, clean rooms and laboratories.

  • Application: Final or return filtration for clean rooms with turbulent flow.
  • Frame: Aluminum galvanized sheet.
  • Media: Glass fibre media.
  • Separator: Hot-melt.
  • EN 1822:2009 filter class: H13, H14, U15.
  • MPPS efficiency: H13: ≥ 99.95%, H14: ≥99.995%, U15: ≥99.9995%.
  • Recommended final pressure drop: 500 Pa.
  • Temperature: 70ºC maximum in continuous service.
  • Test: : 100% individually tested according to EN 1822.
  • Fire rating: UL 900
